Ingredients:


- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Toothpicks or kitchen twine

- Cooking spray or a bit of olive oil for greasing


Instructions:


1. Preheat Your Oven:

   - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Prepare the Spinach and Feta Filling:

   - In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped spinach. Sauté until the spinach wilts and any excess moisture evaporates, about 3-4 minutes.
